Ignore the date, it’s an old frame… but I probably started this in 2019, certainly over a year I’ve been working on it, on and off. Many layers of Azurite blue in that deepness, and many many layers of all sorts of things in the… landscape, rock, however you see it. Originally imagined as an underwater thing, looking out of a cave perhaps… or it’s an aerial shot of a canyon if you prefer – or just some abstract nonsense with a blue bit in the middle – the water’s deep however you look at it! Oh, and of course it’s tiny…
