From The Light

A commission piece for Cara Wilde for use as a backdrop for her online client work and videos.

I’d say this one was channeled – I was just holding the brush here. I had an idea, an intention, but no idea of how to actually paint it. And I thought I’d failed – I was never really happy with this, but then it wasn’t for me. Cara’s audience raved about it, and saw much more in it than I ever could! Thanks Aurora – I think this is your work as much as mine 😉

* I didn’t have a very good camera at the time, or light. Accurate colour is probably somewhere between the two – I quite like the added shadow and reflection in the outdoor shot!
